I’ve had to figure out and teach myself every single thing we have done for this business over the last (almost) four years. It’s been a wild ride and a rewarding journey.

 Many times, I’ve asked myself, “What am I doing? or "Why am I doing this?”

Then something will happen… like someone I never expected to hear from returns my call. Or we’ll open up a new account that I thought was a long shot.

I’ll notice an order from somewhere in the U.S. that I’ve never even heard of… and I think about how cool it is that someone who lives thousands of miles away found our little product and was intrigued enough to buy it with their hard-earned money.

Those are the moments that keep me going. Those are the little things that keep me working late - without realizing it’s 1:00 a.m. - when I have to be up at 6.

I’m grateful for all of those little things and I'm grateful for each and every customer.
